I’m a wellness advocate and life coach who helps parents and families experience better health and greater purpose through holistic practices and resources. On this site you’ll find valuable ideas, stories, and spiritual teachings to benefit you, each and every day of your life.

I take a holistic approach, meaning I help you look at the big picture, with a focus on five core areas for wellness:

And while there are other important aspects in life, these five areas are core for personal wellness.

My Professional Background

I have a background in video production —primarily for the health and wellness industry. I have worked with various executives, leaders, consultants, and coaches, helping them grow their business through online video.

In 2012 I began a wellness business to teach and coach on topics including:

  • Cognitive Retraining
  • Personal Development
  • Finding meaningful work and life purpose

Family and Spiritual Background

I am a husband and father who believes in the power of family relationships. Although frustrating at times, the family brings incredible happiness and fulfillment. Within the family is the opportunity to learn about ourselves, help and serve one another, find meaning, and create lasting joy. I work to create strong familial bonds and traditions within my own family, and regularly encourage others to restore emphasis on living traditional family values.

My spiritual practice is centered upon the teachings of Jesus Christ. And while I am a student of various spiritual practices and world religions, I am active in my own Mormon faith. One of my goals is to share the teachings of my faith that I have found most valuable —and how these practices can be applied in daily life to improve our spiritual health and wellbeing. I believe in being openminded, and in the freedom of speech to share ideas and practices from all religious backgrounds, including my own.

About this Site

The purpose for this site is to share what I have learned and continue to learn within the five areas of wellness. I’m not going to claim any expert status here or seek to become a master guru. I believe that we are all on a journey and can learn from each other.
